>>4052466I've cut my teeth on Zuikos and they really aren't hard to open, they just require friction cups and a little patience. Some lenses like the 50mm f/1.4 allow direct access to the elements sandwiching the aperture assembly. This allows me to clean oil haze without disturbing the other groups. They are remarkable value for money and I'd take them over any Nikkor, FD, or Takumar.
