>>3278743>120 mile journeyI know those feels and I don't own a car. Every so often though when the atmosphere is low in humidity and dust you can get reasonably dark skies even in heavily light polluted cities. Usually peoples eyes aren't dark adapted to notice.
Pic related is a single raw on a mediocre night vs a few stacked exposures and fucked about with. Nothing special I know. If you can see stars with the naked eye or crappy binos you can photograph them.
