I didn't have an ND filter for this sunny day, but I agree with the general sentiment of this thread. More blur, but not too much. Blur is important to give off that 'vibe' so use it to your advantage. the cropping is a bit tight in some of your photos too, so give some negative space so you can have some context and framing.
