The camera isn't really the issue, we are really talking about technique and possibly the lenses/the way you use them. Regardless though, a different camera could make your life a lot easier. To take advantage of the lenses you already have, at the same time as spending the least money, I'd recommend the EOS RP and an EF-RF adapter. If you want to buy new, try and have $1500 in your pocket when the black friday sales come around next month, and you should find them heavily discounted at any normal camera store.
They are super light and easy to carry, will get your focus accuracy to 100% and they have fantastic low light ability.
