In practice, to get the same field of view on m43, you need a lens with wider focal length, and a lens with wider focal length will be different in terms of dof at a given aperture.
This chart has a few lens / camera / aperture combinations to kinda see the difference. Higher on the graph = blurrier background. These would all be fixed at the same subject framing, so first 4 are same framing and distance to subject, and yellow is same framing, but further away to compensate for being more tele. FF 50mm f2.8 and m43 25mm f1.4 are in fact identical in terms of "blur", but there may be differences in the quality / appearance of the bokeh itself.
