>>3718955>>3718958The only differences across the Bessas are the VF magnification and thus, what framelines they have. That and the A models also have aperture priority.
R2 = .68 VF. 35/50/75/90 framelines.
R3A = 1:1 VF. 40/50/75/90 framelines.
R4A = .58 VF. 21/25/35/50 framelines.
The Minolta CLE is lighter and cheaper feeling than the Bessas. I love using it for that reason though. It's such a great carry everywhere camera. It has a .58 VF and 28/40/90 framelines. I use the whole VF to shoot 25mm most of the time. It has a slower top SS than the Bessas (1/1000 vs 1/2000) and also a slower flash sync if that matters to you.
I got them all for good deals just to try. Planning to sell the R2 very soon and the R3A in awhile. CLE + R4A are keepers.
