I'm not sure what caused these streaks, but there were 660ml of developer in the tank (580ml needed). The developer (Fomadon LQN) turned yellow, maybe it wasn't good anymore. The bottle is empty now and I'm going back to HC-110. Results with Fomadon were pretty grainy anyway.
