>>3621772Well the biggest disadventage of using a cellphone camera is that the cuantity of ligh that gets to your sensor is greatly reduced by the eyepiece, especially on the edges. I know that my pictures aren't the best examples of quality DSLR pics since im new to this kind of stuff, but i would recommend the upgrade if you want better details. You can search for cheap/quality gear on different astroforums.
