And on the topic (not referring to you specifically, anon. Just ranting in general): what is with every novice photographer buying heavily into the 'every photo should tell a story' mindset?
I've noticed that it's the gateway filter/hurdle/phase that almost every beginner goes through before they grow out of it and start taking truly unique and creative photos due to them no longer being constrained by having to "tell a story".
It is honestly /p/'s version of
