Then steal the post match ending from WMXIX where Sting gains Hulk's respect, only for Hogan to be beaten down by Hall & Nash before Sting saves him. Then run a tag program with the two of the biggest babyfaces of all time against the Outsiders. It'll allow Hogan and Sting to split the load while you milk the dissolution of the NWO.
Keep Macho Man heel, and have him revive Macho Madness as a deranged, aging lunatic, in the same vein of Bob Backlund. He'll be the gatekeeper for younger talent.
Run Goldberg's push until the wheels fall off, at which point turn him. Eventually give the streak to Booker T. Really play up his past and give him a big underdog push. He's future champion material.
Give Steiner his solo push. Book him as a heel bully who bodies cruiserweights. Build to a program with Jericho. The promos alone should be dimes.
Book the Horsemen vs the Hart Foundation. That should let you milk a really good War Games and then a feud between Flair and the Hitman. Bret's at his best when he has personal animosity, and both should be willing to do business.
