https://support.wrestle-universe.com/hc/ja/articles/15541527559321-How-to-install-the-Android-TV-appI usually only watch DDT for their big shows so I don't know how much effort they put into appealing to the Western audience, but Noah does provide English subtitles for their video packages on their official English youtube channel. The Monday Magic video packages from last month were pretty funny
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yc3Ev3R7P5ANoah usually gets English commentary for their bigger shows, but can slack off for the road to shows. For what it is worth the Noah English Commentary team of Stew Fulton and Mark Pickering are very good. Stew is a former MMA fighter and his presentation is very dry and technical as if he is commentating on a shoot fight. Mark is a very numbers focused history buff and is able to explain 20 years of Noah history off of the top of his head and quote match statistics like it is nothing.
For NJPW they are available on Android TV App, Fire TV, Roku, the Amazon Appstore, and Apple App Store depending on what options you have available. For their promos and video packages NJPW has their global youtube channel which is used primarily used to promote the AXS tv broadcasts in the US, but also has translators and subtitles for press conferences
https://www.youtube.com/@NJPWGLOBALAJPW makes no concessions to the Western audience. They used to have google translate built into their old streaming site, but since the recent redesign they have gotten rid of that. No English commentary ever, and they abandoned their international social media stuff to fully focus on the Japanese audience.
