The only good 'surprise' cash ins were Edge and Rollins.
Edge because it was the first time, and Cena bleeding like crazy after an elimination chamber match really added to the idea of attacking when the champ was at their weakest.
Rollins because it was at WM and him winning was way more interesting than ROman or Brock.
RVD's cash-in is the GOAT though. They should retcon the surprise cash-in part and just let the winners challenge to a match, but that contradicts their whole booking philosophy where wins and losses don't matter. I think it's just a tired concept at this point.
