I don't know if it's just me or what but every time I've played universe mode the game just keeps throwing me against the same opponents every week

Seems like that mode is so broken that you need to fix it all by yourself. And by fixing I mean deleting everything and putting it back together again. Sounds dumb, but it supposedly works.

If you choose the mode where you just control one person it's better when it comes to that. However that froze.for me several times and I had matches where one of the contestant just didn't load in so the match never started and your save was fucked because you can't sim mathches

That's the one I'm using.

4 weeks in a row fighting JD McDonagh as Bron Breakker, like 6 in a row fighting fucking Doudrop as Asuka, 4 in a row fighting someone else ( don't remember who) as Chad Gable, I just gave up after that.

The ‘Rivalry’ system the game uses is retarded, most of the time it books the same people against each other and finishes at a PPV. Although not too dissimilar to how WWE used to book d e s u. I miss the older games’ Rivalry systems where you could have promo battles every other week.

Promo battles sucked in every game because they didn't have storylines written into them, if the game tries to generate random feuds and stories with procedural generation and the promos to be built upon that generation that would be dimes

the best mode in 2k23 is the caw stuff, its unmatched. i spent months making a caw fed. i have like 20 women and 20 men wrestlers i've made
