I know the AEW fan doesnt care about personality, promo ability or storylines and prefers to have a athletic match. They prefer workrate over marketability, but no casual will go "omg this guy from the foreign promotion I dont watch is now in this one!". To the casual, he is just another flippy foreigner. I do think he is better off in AEW than WWE, simply because AEW values him more, but I dont believe he will bring them any value (in terms of buyrates, ratings, tickets, etc)
