Why has no company set a table on fire well in like 20 years? What was ECW doing differently?

Its because the only major company doing fire nowadays is AEW and they have to use the type of fire that extinguishes fast or else a bunch of pussies will complain that AEW is dangerous and needs to wrap all its wrestlers in bubblewrap before matches.
