Maybe he needs another career-saving surgery? Vince and the WWE has stated that anyone who worked for WWE at any point can get the medical help they need, and with NOAH being partnered with WWE this could open the door and potentially allow KENTA to have a 3rd revival.

honestly i feel bad for kenta, literally until he went to WWE he was one of the greats. his 2009 match with nakajima mogged the fuck out of taker vs shawn. WWE utterly ruined him.
