People joke but if I had all the money in the world to start a fed I'd 100% have both cornette and russo on my payroll to criticize whatever stories I'm working on privately.
Both are wrong in their own ways but you can get something out of their combined...minds?

Exactly. Or vice versa. If they both see merit in something or give you similar ideas on something.
I'd probably try to get a couple younger booker types as well to help bounce ideas off of but I would 100% put those two on the payroll.
