Tony isn't smart/experienced enough to get some actual use out of Claudio and Tony likely paid more for him than WWE ever did.
Vince misses alot of shots but when he actually uses his brain he can turn shit into gold, just through presentation/guidance.

Still a good acquisition for Tony but that says more about the state of his roster than it does his ability to make wrestlers look good.
