Jeff has natural charisma. He's just an extremely likeable guy who comes across as genuine in everything he does. It's hard to explain just why he is so charismatic despite being shit on the mic and having an average look though. And that's the origin of his 'charismatic enigma' nickname too.

Absolutely. Jeff Hardy was actually a draw. The Hardy Boyz were a draw only because of Jeff. It really can't be overstated just how unique Jeff is. There have been very few draws in pro wrestling history, at least guys that can draw anywhere not just in their home region. But all of those guys were either great talkers, great workers, and/or had a great look. Typically they had at least two of the three. Jeff had none.
