The vote for the heist could take some posts to resolve and the recruiting offer looks more like seeing what everyone will do.
I will not begin writing right now so you have time to decide on what you want to do.
Problems of having a “sandbox” quest.
But i will say, if you return to the demon capital I will need some help to transition this into a civ quest since that appears to be the direction.
