(How does the magic even works? Does she throw ice beams or just sings something and water gets frozen? What's even her range and AoE? Does buffing counts as enchanting a weapon? How far is she from a leyline? I'm imagining her skillset like a JRPG's character, but maybe it's deeper than that.)

I want to make a sorceress of the arcane arts with ice and wind powers. She's called Ice Sorceress.
She does not follow any God but she does respect the God of Arcane Magic for giving power and knowledge to men without restraining their freedom.
She was the Student council President in the arcane magic school, a genius student and loved by everyone. She might be inexperienced but her sense of justice and faith in humanity's potential is second to none.
