“Picture what exactly? There’s nothing to discuss.” You wink at her.
“Oh, totally. Forget I ever asked then!” Pansori winks back. You both smile at each other. It’s a deal for a later date. With the opportunities you’ll have with her new job, there’s no pressure.
Lydie starts beating her glass with a spoon to gather everyone’s attention.
“As the day is coming to an end, I must say: Splendid job! I’m proud of everyone’s efforts to match my excellence. You truly raised up to the challenge.” Lydie congratulates everyone. “I bragged all day about leaving my mark, but I ended up being the one impressed! I’m humbled!”
