Your vision is hazy and almost distant, but you can make some things out.
You find yourself kneeling helplessly on the ground. In front of you lay the lifeless bodies of your family. You wanna believe they are just unconscious, but a part of you tells you otherwise.
Standing over them with their back turned towards you, a dark featureless figure. It turns their head a bit so that you can see half their face.
