Target is ass about preorders, they don't charge right away but will periodically do balance check on the card you used. It fucks up your bank balance since it's a hold and gets released a few days later. If you don't have the funds at the time when they check they will cancel if you don't update the payment card. it's why I got a redcard in the end and use it only for Target preorders. 5% off and free shipping is a bonus.
