>>9092492I appreciate that you think my room looks adult enough to be an example of your point, but literally almost everything in it(around 40 toys in the pictures) are toys. Yeah, there's the big X plus vinyl statue of the Ray Harryhousen dino, but then there's all sorts of dinosaur toys and models, stuffed animals, bright blue sci Fi army men, some sofubi, action figures, glyos toys, even a couple of Lego robots.
You can have literally anything on display and make it look good, it's just about how you display it. Minimalist hanging shelves, color coordinated displays, contained dioramas, bookshelves with some toys hanging out amongst books and artwork and other items. You can even get away with a cluttered shelf or two full of tons of random toys that otherwise don't go together so long as it's in a room that is otherwise pristine and uncluttered.
