Also, just got pic related for 60 bucks to pair it up with my MP-04 (bought from a guy who probably saw the KOs on Ebay and thought they were the bogstandard market price for an old MP Megs, pretty good deal in that regard), and holy shit, this has to be one of the finest statures for a Megatron and yet simultaneously one of the greatest fuck-ups as far as engineering goes. The whole thing is such a mess in just about every regard that isn't simply standing like a statue in the background, and yet, I'm sort of in love with it. It almost feels like the Transformer equivalent of a cult movie, you know their hearts were in the right place and that there are genuinely good ideas in there but they just lacked the resources and knowledge to actually make it an objectively good figure.
Now that I've got both the old MP Prime and MP Megatron, I want to get the newer ones to display them in alt-mode together. Which is the best and most cost-effective version of MP Prime? There are so many of them and, at first sight, they all look like they got scalped to absurd prices on Ebay.
