Emerl got a plush from GE, so he's more than likely to be in as a fan favorite next to Ray and Mighty.
Neo Metal Sonic is a never fucking ever because he's overdesigned, huge, and a nightmare to articulate into a 4 inch figure. Even then, you have a better chance of Super Mecha Sonic 3K making it before that.
