Is it just the disc is on its side so it looks like the neck is crooked
I actually open my 2020 ironman that I never open and use it as a display. It has the same neck/disk problem
I must assuming they did something on the manufacturing that the error is now the "final" design
I don't think the 80's or the later AI version have this issue.
On the side note
When I turn the leg on 2020, the rod connection for the right leg literally just broke on me. Not like a snap or a twist. It just came off.
I hope this is a one-off and not the gold plastic syndrome strike again
