What you can do to get some sort of visual confirmation is to cut a circle that diameter from cardboard and glue the cross-section of the bomb's tip on it. Those you could fix on the Style with some double-sided tape.
Me, I'm going to stick with actual hinges. They're oversized, but they work better than the previous solution.
