>>9433460I disagree, because a butterfly joint is a butterfly joint. If you remove the sculpt from the front like Hasbro does, it would get the same motion. These Microman figures did just that and they are some of the most poseable toys ever. And this is exactly what Mezco figures have, at least the ones that have teh butterfly joint like the first One:12 Batman. The butterfly joint is given clearance, if not more so than the 00s Microman figures.
With modern figures, despite the sculpt staying intact (like McFarlane's), the figures can still get a lot more range from their shoulder if they had a plain old swivel (ball-hinge) inside the shoulder. Definitely more range than your typical ML.
In short, you're a poorfag who doesn't own enough toys to notice the differences and improvements.
