Why did fans embrace these other Marvel characters and not Eternals? Because writers and editors from Marvel Comics tried to keep their characters true to the comics, knowing what made these characters appealing.
Once these newly made producers and creatives were pushed out of Marvel Studios, Hollywood in-guards came in, and started saying that they'd rather not have Marvel fans being involved in the movie process, including comic creators.
Since hollywood old/in guard are shit and dont know what they'er doing, of course the newest movies have been critically panned and audiences no longer coming in droves. Makes it feel like the comic movie glut from the 90s and mid-00s, where Hollywood producers attached themselves to any old shit, stuck their dicks into every orifice and pulled the characters inside out through the anus, just because they saw the success from good comic movies (Burton Batman, Raimi Spiderman)
Also, hard to believe that Hasbro used to be so shit at toy making. Their DC lines never gets any discussion unless it's associated with Kenner.
