I have a drawer full of like 100+ pounds of instructions, though I already sold all my most valuable sets, like all the old Creeator sets (Cafe corner for example), my old 10175 Millenium Falcon which I sold like 2 years ago way before the new one came out, got over $3,000 for it then, and thankfully I sold it then in retrospect because I bet it's not anywhere near as valuable now with the new set that's out.
Also sold pretty much every other Star Wars UCS I had, I got almost $2k for the Star Destroyer as well. Most of what I have left is smaller Star Wars sets and other licensed and unlicensed sets I picked up from ~2004-2012. I know I spent well over $10k on Lego sets over the years, not sure how much I could get for my collection though.
