Transformation is pretty simple - it basically just stands upright and the torso swings a bit while the ears/horns rake forward. looks cool, though, and those sawblades on each side of his chest spin, so I imagine he could shred someone pretty easily if he gets them into a bear hug. The articulated fingers are pretty neat, and his head actually can move from side to side in this mode. He also has what looks like wings with big boosters - a jump-pack, maybe?
