>>10725073It's actually a little weird, if you think about it - Steelbane got a toy accurately depicting his alt mode from the removed scene, yet Nautica, who was part of the same scene, has concept art of her alt mode they could have worked with, and still appeared in the final movie to an extent, somehow didn't get one. Likewise, Cogman got his Transtector from his first removed scene where he fought Blackout, while Nitro Zeus' toy kept the detachable head with compatible Headmaster slot for Cogman to hijack his body from the second removed scene. That means that the cuts happened fairly late in production - late enough that the toys were made still reflecting the earlier draft - yet there apparently was never a toy for Nautica planned at all despite her bot mode being cut during the same time period.
