>>11399907The animation is actually completed, remember Cartoon Network had the anime rushed to the TV before it was actually completed in order to pass off some requirements or something. As a result Armada had at least 20% or so of its animation and frames as WIP. Micron Legends aired 6 months after Armada did and that was enough time for the animation to be completed.
