I know I'm late to the party, but I finally got around to opening my Figma Prime 3 Samus. Overall, I like it more than the first one, but the lack of beam effects and the higher price point (amiami has the original listed at ¥3,770 - almost half as much as this current one) knocks some points off from it being a perfect figure.
I try not to jump on the whole "Figma is price gouging" wagon, but it's certainly getting harder to justify their prices with what they're putting out.
