I mean, sometimes even regular MP figures are larger than CHUG leaders (like Ultra Magnus as an example), but I'd say in large part (ho ho ho) the difference between them comes to materials, sculpts, engineering, paint, those kind of things. I personally think that a figure of Motormaster should be given a little leeway for his size on the fact that he's not like Prime who just has to be a robot or a truck -- there's more involved to him.
