>>6805673 described and it's certainly something to keep in mind (consider perhaps waiting for Char's Gelgoog), though I haven't had the looseness issue and I wasn't too bothered with the ratchets. Char's Zaku is fairly cheap on the secondary market and he includes some nice effect parts (the rifle muzzle flash effect in particular), so I think it's still worth picking up if you want him.
I'd also highly suggest the Gouf if you want an excellent opponent for the Gundam!
