>>10053686I order from Mandarake nearly once a week and the amount of times I've gotten a broken item in the mail has been 0. Been ordering like this since 2019. This counts for loose figuarts that don't have boxes with antennae that could snap (Showa Riders).
The one time Amiami actually gave me any issues was when my Shocker Rider came in with some noticeable shoulder paint chip, which is a common problem and the figure was rated B with a C rank box anyway.
Unless you're ludicrously unlucky I wouldn't have any concerns.
