Todd seems very interested in propping up certain Batman runs that just so happen to have been worked on by writers and artists who also worked at Image Comics, of which all this Batman stuff has Todd's 90's "edge" all over it, like it came out of an issue of Spawn. He also doesn't seem that interested in doing "definitive" versions of characters. The only one he's done that's kinda "definitive" is the Year Two Batman, and he only did that to suck his own dick, because it's based off of artwork drawn by Todd.
