The dragon and spider finally went to my pile of loot and i logged on to send them to ship.
Great, they were shipped. But the next day i couldn’t access my account because of their stupid message when i try to log in. Now the items are shipping but i can’t access my account. And they don’t respond emails. I’m not from the US so i can’t just call them.
This account thing happened before, and once i had to cancel the tiger pre order before it even got to my pile of loot, and some other bbs that i had some issues happen. After this I couldn’t access the account again and when i talked to them they said they deactivated my account.
After all that, i had created this new account that i can’t log in again now, which the spider and dragon dropped. But i had preordered the dragon on the old account too. And to my surprise, it got charged!
I explained in a email and they canceled that order but that shouldn’t even happen because they “deactivated” that account right, that i can’t even log in to...
Anyway now i have 2 items that will be delivered, no way to log in to my account, and if i ever want to buy anything again i would have to create yet another account.
Seriously, what a mess of a system. “Hurr something happened call us”. (Nothing happened) No, fuck you. Don’t block me from my account. You don’t respond to emails anyway, waiting since March 12th. I can’t call you.
