Shuma-Gorath is heavy, looks awesome, the eye can give him a lot of personality with dual lids and the entire eye is free moving. He's the dark comic book color though. The tendrils only bend well in the center and leave a long area at the tip that sticks straight out on both the hooked ends and wriggly ends.
YOU CANNOT REMOVE YHE TENDRILS once assembled to look where you want them! Three are hooked ends with side to side base movement and three are wiggle ends with front to back movement. You can turn the base but not at the cut joint where they should spin. There's nothing inside so the creases really show at certain bend positions. You can heat them up and gets more range but it makes the creases worse.
Shuma can't wrap his tendrils around anything, so he can't hold a character. He also can't get into any of the the positions on the back of the box or stock photos like holding his spiked ball or crossing his arms. 1/4th of the tendril at the base is too thick to bend, then you get to the middle, but right after that the last 1/4 to the tip is solid rubber that sticks straight out no matter what you do.
Not sure if he's worth $70 unless you absolutely love the character and want a double-scale version that's comic book dark. He would need to be half the size and waaaay lighter green to match the MvC2-ness of the other figures.
