In my 11 years of collecting I've yet to see a figure in 1/12th scale do articulated hands well, preposed hands look better and hold accessories better 99% of the time. In a perfect world figures would ideally come with the option for both articulated and non-articulated hands so collectors on boh sides would be happy but I only ever really see this done with SOCs and RG Gunpla lately, and even then RGs are phasing out the articulated hands in certain kits like the Sazabi.
