>>5323812mine suffered of the same, i just change the joint position (peg that went to the head now goes to the neck, and the one that went to the neck now goes to the head), this gave him more friction on both parts, now his head doesn't fall off.
this also works with other revos, like with skelly. works better if you change the joints.
in case the neck is still loose, apply some nail polish or future floor polish if you have some
