My Thunder Erebus came with a misassembled ankle that prevented it from transforming properly. Instead of mirroring the other ankle it was assembled the same way. That part took a little longer.
MT Battle Sentinel's backpack connection snapped on one side. It still holds on okay and the figure overall is kind of average compared to recent stuff so I don't mind as much.
Probably the worst break I've had isn't even 3p, pic related, it's the left ankle of my hasbro MP-10. Sheered right through the pin somehow. Still haven't gotten around to replacing it, been honestly looking at 3p options to potentially do so since I'm not quite a fan of the new MP design. But MP-10 is such a damn classic look and was one of the first high end transformers I ever bought.
