I fiddled around in LDD and can't help but think that it looks a bit better when you swap the biceps bones and rotate the blade-construction on its shoulder so the blades face backwards instead of sideways.
That way the crystals are all in one solid line, making the arm look more massive, and the blades don't look as slapped on anymore like they did before.
I hope most of that can be done on the actual model since the crystal shells seem to be a bit larger than the rock ones.
