the entire set is just another dust collector with very boring and inaccurate minifigures, I mean it's a fucking tim burton movie, the entire opening is full of gimmicks that could be easily turned into play features on a set. Apparently oogie is not in the set because the ideas designer didn't like the character too so fuck that faggot.
