I think AY Hulk is possible with the same format as All Might. Like he's big enough and sure proportionally Hulk will be wider but the joints seem to be strong enough for this size. Maybe use the pegged joints for the ankles and not the ball end joints. WM used them for the ankles and they were very sturdy. Same goes for a Thanos but that might be unlikely. There's not that many Marvel villains they might pick though and Thanos feels like an easier choice.
