My father bought me some bulidable action figure (kinda like Bionicle but much simpler construction) like 15 years ago and all that's left from it is this sword piece.
I think they came in polybags instead of boxes but I'm not 100% sure about that.
I remember that the toy this piece came from also had a blue shield.
