>>11404860hey, okay so i got home and pulled out magnus and at first i was gonna say that mine didnt have the issue you described, but then i realized that i didn't actually have the ramps tabbed into the sides of his carrier, when i did tab them in i ended up with the same downard angle that your picture showed
your problem is that you didnt extend them back out all the way, which i had also not done it turns out.
unpeg the side panels to give yourself the proper room and then double fold over the ramps to give them the most secure fit and have the best grip, then with one hand pull up on them directly at the stem and with the other hand apply pressure downward on the backpack, it takes the same amount of somewhat scary pressure as it did to push them down the first time but they will audibly snap back out all the way and will then sit flush for the carrier mode
for my part, i think fully tabbing into the sides isn't necessary, it still holds together just fine and supports cars, and i worry about doing this stem over and over cuz it really is quite tight, so ill just be leaving mine not fully pulled out after this, but theres your answer
